The role:

We are looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) team in the Perth office on a full-time basis. You would be joining a supportive national IT team.

Key responsibilities

Services provided by our Service Desk Analysts includes ad-hoc end user support via Help Desk desktop support via the Help Desk or in person, systems operations, records administration and first level technical support. Technologies covered include all computer systems, with an emphasis on Cisco phones, Microsoft Office, Outlook 2010, iPad and communications networks. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting partners and staff with any problems and queries regarding the use of IT hardware, software and other equipment;
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • AV/VC setup and support;
  • Hardware deployments (moves, changes, relocations); and
  • Asset Management (asset record management in JIRA).

The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy environment, be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and operate calmly under pressure. You will also have exceptional customer service skills and problem solving skills. Qualifications or experience in Information Technology is preferred.
