Allens is a leading international law firm with offices throughout Australia and Asia.
We have recently been named an elite "band one" firm in 18 practice areas and jurisdictions by Chambers Asia Pacific 2020. We were also awarded Law Firm of the Year (> 500 employees) at the Australasian Law Awards, 2019. This achievement caps off a year of working with clients on some of Australia's largest and most complex deals.
We are in growth mode and are looking for additional lawyers at the Associate and Senior Associate level with skills in either project finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, securitisation and debt capital markets, asset finance and / or corporate and property finance.
Allens has one of the largest and most dynamic groups of banking specialists in the region. We are one of the few firms to feature on every major legal panel in the Australian finance market and we advise some of the world's leading financial institutions and corporate borrowers across a range of industries.
Our presence in Asia continues to strengthen through our international alliance with Linklaters where we service various financial institutions, their clients and our own corporate clients, on cross border transactions and with multi-level funding arrangements.
