We're looking for a Billing Officer who will be responsible for managing the firm's assets through the efficient and timely conversion of work in progress (WIP) to revenue. You will be required to provide high quality billing support services to the finance and practice support teams. In this role you will develop stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset.
As part of the Financial Services Department, the Working Capital Team is a dynamic and supportive team that works together collaboratively to deliver excellence. Responsible for the management of the Firms Working Capital, the team are required to ensure that billings, collections and receipting are delivered in an efficient and timely manner to meet with the Firms KPI's on a month to month basis. Our Billing Team plays an important role in delivering the firm's business excellence and profitability strategic goals. This position supports the Billing Team Leader and Credit Manager, and is responsible for efficiently driving all billing and working capital processes.
You'll will work in a close-knit and high-performing team of billing specialists, reporting to a Billing Team Leader/Credit Manager. As a member of our Billing Team, you will work in a collaborative environment, working closely with many parts of the firm. You will be challenged, supported and guided as you continue to learn and develop during your career at Allens.
Your role as a Billing Officer will be varied but you'll ultimately be responsible for efficiently driving all billing and working capital processes. You'll be a part of a team that supports the firm in maximising revenue.

- Past experience in a professional services environment preferable but not essential.
