Your role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Remuneration and Rewards Manager to lead our function as well as develop and implement new benefits and rewards programs, policies and procedures. This role could be undertaken from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, and could be done on a full-time or 0.8 FTE basis. We work in a hybrid way where working from home, and in the office, is part of our norm. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the firm's Remuneration and Reward Framework
  • Project managing the annual remuneration review process within Australia and Asia
  • Project managing the firm's incentive plan for legal and corporate services
  • Managing the firm's benefits portfolio and relevant supplier relationships
  • Regularly researching and benchmarking salaries against market data and making recommendations as appropriate
  • Owning the budgeting process to support firm-wide budgets and results preparation
  • Acting as liaison within the team for systems and reporting
  • Monitoring industry compliance in relation to employee remuneration and reward
  • Undertaking Executive and Board reporting

About you

The successful candidate will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Business or other related discipline
  • Solid experience in a similar role within legal, investment banking, accounting, consulting or other environment with complex stakeholder management
  • Strong project management capability, with qualifications in Project Management are desirable
  • Excellent numerical skills and data analysis, including manipulating quantitative data and financial modelling
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in use of technology
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
